We recently took over this unique 101-acre property in Malvern, Arkansas and we're excited to begin a new chapter. This land was previously home to a motocross park — and while motocross is no longer operating, the terrain, the open space, and the peaceful rural setting are very much still here.
We're building something special, but right now we're keeping it simple: clean hookups, open land, and an affordable, comfortable place to park your rig and unwind. The property has natural springs, a year-round creek with cold crystal-clear water, abundant deer and wild turkey, and 101 acres of unique Arkansas terrain to explore. If you appreciate wide-open spaces and a quiet rural setting close to great natural attractions, this is your place.

All 60 RV sites are active and ready to host you. Every site has 30-amp or 50-amp power hookups. Water fill-up stations, dump stations, and clean public restrooms are all centralized on the property. Starlink Wi-Fi is available near the main building. It's a simple, comfortable setup — and the rates reflect that.

This property has 101 acres and a lot of open space. While we continue building and improving, guests are welcome to explore freely — the land is yours to enjoy during your stay.
Open play every Saturday and Sunday for $20 per person — all day. This is a bring-your-own-gear field. You must bring your own airsoft gun, BBs, and protective gear. No rental equipment is provided on-site. All ages welcome (13+, under 18 requires guardian signature).
The former motocross tracks are open for hiking, jogging, and exploring. The terrain — berms, open fields, and natural elevation — makes for a unique and interesting walk.

We can connect you with local fishing guides and boat charter experiences on nearby Lake Catherine, Lake Hamilton, and Lake Ouachita. Just ask us when you arrive.
DeGray Lake is just 25 minutes away. Lake Catherine and Lake Hamilton are about 35 minutes. Lake Ouachita is an hour west. Some of Arkansas's most beautiful water is just a short drive from the property.
Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row, and the entire Hot Springs entertainment district are about 35 minutes west. A perfect day trip from the property.
Arkansas's capital city is about 50 minutes north — restaurants, museums, shopping, and the Clinton Presidential Library. A great option for a day out.
The property has natural springs and a creek that runs year-round with cold, crystal-clear water. Our well water is cold, natural spring water — straight from the ground. A genuinely rare feature of this land.
The property is surrounded by deer and wild turkey. It is one of the prime locations for deer and turkey hunting in this region of Arkansas. Whether you're a hunter or simply love watching wildlife, Diamond State puts you right in the middle of it all.
